Lead and manage mechanical activities to achieve maximum reliability and availability, production targets with safety, and optimize maintenance costs to meet COMPANY production operation requirements, strategies, and objectives.
Qualification And Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experienced engineer with at least 7 years of experience, preferably in rotating equipment (maintenance or project).
Engineering expertise in Mechanical Engineering and broad knowledge of other disciplines.
Description:
Lead and develop mechanical equipment life cycle plans (52 weeks and 5 years) to meet operational requirements and maximize production plant reliability.
Ensure the execution of mechanical work to maintain plant uptime and pump availability for produced water injection, produced water booster, and reboiler circulation pumps, ensuring no interruption to operations in a safe manner.
Plan and participate in budgeting for mechanical maintenance activities to achieve an optimum balance between reliability, integrity, and maintenance expenses, ensuring that the mechanical maintenance execution budget is met.
