- Assist Chief Financial Officer in all matters.
- Manage cashflow requirements of the Group, taking into account all relevant stakeholders.
- Meet regularly with bankers on financing matters.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant government bodies for audit, taxation, and financial matters.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports as well as other relevant reports within stipulated timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and Annual Reports for submission to Bursa Malaysia.
- Prepare budgets/cashflow projections.
- Assist with the tax planning for the Group.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for the Group of companies.
- Must be able to travel outstation for work.
- Must be an MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) member.
- Very experienced in Accounts/Finance.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good written and communication skills.
- 5-days work week (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm).
