Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Financial Officer in all matters.
• Manage cashflow requirements of the Group, taking into account all relevant stakeholders.
• Meet regularly with bankers on financing matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant government bodies for audit, taxation, and financial matters.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports as well as other relevant reports within stipulated timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and Annual Reports for submission to Bursa Malaysia.
• Prepare budgets/cashflow projections.
• Assist with the tax planning for the Group.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for the Group of companies.
• Must be able to travel outstation for work.

Requirements

• Must be an MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) member.
• Very experienced in Accounts/Finance.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good written and communication skills.

Working Days And Working Hours

• 5-days work week (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm).

Salary

RM16,000
