Customer Delivery Director (CDD)

The Customer Delivery Director (CDD) is a senior delivery leadership role within Customer Delivery Operations, responsible for driving exceptional delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic customers and clinical studies.

In this role, you will partner closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure contracted services are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Signant Health’s quality and operational standards. The CDD operates with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and plays a key role in strengthening delivery consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across globally distributed teams.

As a people leader, the CDD is accountable for building high-performing teams, fostering a values-driven culture, and supporting the ongoing evolution of Customer Delivery Operations.

• Own delivery success and customer satisfaction across a defined portfolio of strategic customers and studies
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met on time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide senior delivery leadership across complex, multi-study programs in a regulated clinical research environment
• Lead, mentor, and develop geographically dispersed delivery teams, promoting accountability, engagement, and performance
• Drive operational excellence through consistent delivery models, resource optimization, and financial performance oversight
• Proactively identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities, making informed decisions to drive positive outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong, long-term relationships through credibility, transparency, and results

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
• Extensive experience in delivery leadership and customer-facing operational roles within life sciences, biotech, CRO, or clinical technology environments
• Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios and lead large, distributed teams
• Strong understanding of operational delivery models, financial performance, and resource management
• Demonstrated success building trusted, long-term customer relationships
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
• Strong change leadership skills with a track record of driving continuous improvement
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones, with primary coverage aligned to U.S. Pacific Time
• Strong executive-level presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
