• 6 month full-time internship, with expense reimbursement of € 800 gross and ticket restaurant of € 8.00 (€ 7.00 in smart - working)
• Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Milan Lambrate and Segrate stations).

• Support in the preparation/publication of communications aimed at supporting the daily activities of Operations and other Company functions.
• Support the team in managing and updating the platforms in use.
• Creating, maintaining, and monitoring periodic reports for the Operations team and company management.
• Supporting the monitoring of operational performance and providing detailedanalysison variousKPIs(Key Performance Indicators), such as delivery times, service levels, and processes.

With a strong interest in exploring the world of Communication & Reporting, planning and organizational skills, an analytical mindset and passion for data, and a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and English (intermediate B2).
