Our client, which is trading metal materials, is looking for a Sales Coordinator/Senior Sales Coordinator to join the team.

Job Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Order receiving procedures
2. Delivery Coordination:

• Coordinate delivery schedules with both suppliers in Japan and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Address any issues related to delivery delays or discrepancies.

• Verify and confirm payment from clients.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

• Organize and coordinate shipments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work to improve customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in invoice and packing list preparation, or order placement and receipt is required.
2. Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Shipping Coordinator in intermediary trade is highly preferred.
3. Experience in trading of electronic components is an additional advantage.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
5. Japanese language skills (necessary for communication with HQ in Japan)
6. Fluent in Chinese language is required to communicate with counterparts in China.
