Job summary
A leading construction firm in Indonesia is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, and at least 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for communication with stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and improvement plans.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners, suppliers, or management for coordination and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
Good knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Familiar with safety standards and warehouse best practices.
