Be part of our extraordinary Bulgarian team in our new office in Plovdiv. As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our operations and software product, “Invitario.” Your work will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality by transforming company operations through strategic AI implementation.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Designer, Product Manager, Developers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI to add value, streamline workflows, and support decision-making. Your deep understanding of AI technologies and passion for innovation will be critical in enhancing our platform and driving operational excellence.

• Direct the integration of AI technologies into our software product “Invitario.”
• Collaborate with product development teams to enhance features, improve user experiences, and create innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Developers to align AI initiatives with product objectives and timelines.
• Conduct research to identify new AI opportunities that align with our business goals.
• Prototype and experiment with new AI models and algorithms.
• Guide the selection, customization, and implementation of AI models and tools.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within internal processes and operations.
• Develop and implement AI solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational processes.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to ensure AI and automation solutions are effectively integrated into the operational fabric of the company.
• Support the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams by providing AI insights and tools that drive growth.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor the performance of AI models and systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions within our platform and operations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of AI models, processes, and system architectures.
• Provide regular updates and reports on AI initiatives, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders.

• 3+ years experience as an AI Developer or Machine Learning Engineer, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of integrating AI solutions into software products and company operations.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI and machine learning libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for deploying AI solutions.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools is beneficial.
• Highly analytical and structured, with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
