EY-Consulting – AI Enabled Automation – Senior - Kore.AI: We are seeking a Conversational AI Expert with a track record of excellence in Kore.ai and Microsoft-based chatbot platforms, including Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents). The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience crafting, evolving, and implementing chatbot applications that engage users in natural and intuitive dialogue. The role requires technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to write sophisticated Python and GenAI code.

• Design and develop advanced conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai, Microsoft chatbot platforms, and Copilot Studio.
• Write and maintain high-quality Python and GenAI code.
• Integrate chatbot applications with APIs, backend systems, and cloud services, particularly Azure AI Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven conversational experiences.
• Test and debug to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in conversational AI, cloud computing, and Azure AI Services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proven experience with Kore.ai and Microsoft chatbot platforms, including Copilot Studio.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with GenAI code.
• Understanding of NLP and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and Azure AI Services (nice to have).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
