Role Description

Sales Engineer role located in Denpasar, Bali. Sales Engineer will be responsible for marketing and promoting swimming pool products, managing the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth in the pool and wellness industry.

Objective:

1. Market and promote swimming pool products to prospective customers, including dealers and pool contractors, in alignment with predetermined targets.
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities beyond the existing customer base.
3. Manage the tender or sales process from initiation to completion.
4. Prepare and submit daily visit reports, as well as weekly and monthly sales reports.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
6. Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Handle client invoicing responsibilities.

Qualifications:

1. Technical skills with Analytical Skills and Business Planning.
2. Account Management and Key Accounts expertise.
3. Experience in the swimming pool and wellness industry is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong Customer Service skills.
