PT.Triguna Mandala was established in 2007. We rapidly grew from a trader specializing in instrumentation and control to become a company who provides solutions and services in mechanical and electrical for a wide range of products; such as Turbogenerator, AVR, Process Control System, Fire & Gas System, Field Instrument, Thermal Solution, Valves, RTU, Screw Pumps, and many others. Our customers spread from Petrochemical/Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation to Mining industries. LEAD ENGINEER (INSTRUMENTATION)

(Based in Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Lead Engineering Team to design, develop, build, and/or maintain instrumentation and control system used in various industrial processes.
• Prepare and/or give direction for technical documents, including specifications, design calculations, drawings, manuals, and procedures.
• Execute projects or service jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify technical requirements for projects and find solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions into overall project plans.
• Work with PM to organize subcontractors, monitor tasks, and implement a project timeline.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Be willing to travel extensively to sites and for long periods of time.
• Keep a good record of the assigned jobs and maintain the documentation structurally and neatly.
• Understand and implement policies and objectives relating to QHSE.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Lead Engineer in Oil & Gas / Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Mining/ Power Generation Sectors; preferably experienced in System Integration and DCS projects.
• In-depth knowledge of control system principles including sensor technologies, signal processing, controllers, HMI, data acquisition systems, network, and DCS.
• Well-versed in spoken and written English.
