Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join the technology team at Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk). As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our healthcare operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karawaci Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Develop and optimise data models and databases to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement data security and governance measures to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Continuously monitor and optimise data systems to improve performance and reliability
• Participate in the development of data-driven strategies and solutions to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficient in data engineering tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Apache Airflow
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
