AV Multimedia Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced AV Multimedia Engineer to join our team at PT Technet Vision Indonesia. In this contract role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of our audio-visual and multimedia systems across our offices in East Jakarta, Jakarta. With a focus on delivering exceptional technology solutions, you will play a key role in supporting our company's operations and enhancing the user experience for our staff and clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and implementing audio-visual and multimedia systems, including audio equipment, video displays, and presentation technologies
2. Installing, configuring, and testing AV equipment to ensure optimal performance
3. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing AV systems
4. Maintaining and updating AV equipment and infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the business
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related challenges
6. Documenting AV system configurations and maintenance procedures
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an AV Multimedia Engineer or similar role
2. Minimum Undergraduate Degree (S1) Bachelor in any Engineering, preferable Electrical Engineering
3. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with audio, video, and multimedia equipment and systems
4. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting AV equipment, including audio mixers, video switchers, and projectors
5. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and specifications
6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in AV engineering
