About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Concur Associate to support the rollout, maintenance, and daily operations of our SAP Concur Travel & Expense Management System.

This is an entry-level role suitable for recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science who are eager to develop a career at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day administration of the SAP Concur system, including user setup, expense report reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Help test and document system configurations, process updates, and new feature rollouts.
• Respond to basic user queries or issues, escalating complex matters to senior team members or the Concur support team.
• Prepare and validate reports or dashboards from Concur for Clients.
• Participate in system implementation projects and integration testing with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Work closely with our Project Delivery Team on Concur implementation.
• Maintain/Update documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or project exposure in finance operations, ERP, or system implementation will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of expense management or financial workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur, ERP systems, or automation tools (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Knowledge of data integration or scripting (for Computer Science graduates) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT).
