Salary: National/ London: £130,000 - £150,000
Location: Eastleigh/ London (UK)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Technology Development to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being accountable, thrives in environments where they can make a real, impactful difference, and has the resilience to inspire change within a constantly evolving landscape.
A bit about the job:
This senior tech leadership role involves driving the implementation of technology strategies aligned with business goals. You'll oversee platform reliability, process improvement, and user experience across the organization. The role demands strong leadership across a range of technologies, development approaches, team development and stakeholder management. You'll engage with external partners to deliver scalable solutions and maintain industry visibility. A focus on innovation, governance, and risk management is key to success in this position.
