This is a great opportunity to work with one of the leading residential developers in the UK, who have delivered some of the most iconic, design-led residential schemes across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Architect, or Engineer to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the next phase of a large scheme in East London. This phase is set to deliver 450 units over multiple high-rise blocks ranging between 10 and 30 storeys.

This role will be site-based, reporting to a Senior Technical Manager, and will be part of an established team consisting of a Technical Manager, another Technical Coordinator, and a Senior Coordinator. While being site-based, this opportunity also offers a good level of flexible working.

• Experience working with a main contractor, developer, or consultancy
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience with R/C frame projects
• Delivery experience
