Job description

Technical Coordinator

Monday- Friday

I'm on the lookout for a Technical Coordinator to join our team at a recognisable business on a permanent basis! If you have a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering best-in-class products while driving continual excellence.

What You'll Do:

  1. Govern and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure high standards.
  2. Proactively identify and solve problems to improve quality performance.
  3. Support laboratory management and oversee QMS duties.
  4. Provide governance for weekly and monthly reports.
  5. Manage internal and external audits to maintain compliance.
  6. Work collaboratively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  7. Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

What They're Looking For:
  1. Technical Coordinator experience within a food manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
  3. Knowledge of retailer codes of practice and BRC audit processes.
  4. HACCP Level 4 & Advanced Food Hygiene certification.
  5. Understanding of microbiology and food safety.
