A healthcare organization is looking for an SSTS Administrator in Inverness. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience in software applications, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include data comparison and resolving eRostering queries related to staff pay and absence. We are seeking to recruit an SSTS Administrator to join our eRostering Systems Support Team based at Assynt House in Inverness.
The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, confidence in using software applications, a passion for delivering a quality service, and a keen eye for detail.
As a key member of our team, you will perform routine data comparison checks between Allocate Optima and Scottish Standard Time System. You will address eRostering queries and corrections related to staff pay and absence records with clinical staff and managers.
Our workload is dynamic, and you will encounter a range of eRostering queries on various topics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, and gain insights to different aspects operational functions.
