Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results, and we are looking to add a talented and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS) or Graduate to support our growing commercial team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate to join our dynamic commercial team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong willingness to learn and develop their career in quantity surveying. You will be involved in both estimating and quantity surveying duties, supporting the team in various aspects of project delivery, while benefiting from excellent mentorship and training.
As an AQS/Graduate, you will be tasked with carrying out essential legwork, assisting with the preparation of estimates, carrying out measurements, purchasing and procurement, and supporting the team throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to both pre-construction and post-construction activities.
Ideally, you will have completed a relevant degree (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar). A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
You will be working closely with a commercial team of 5, offering plenty of support and the opportunity for continuous development. As part of a collaborative team, you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring that you can grow your career effectively.
