Our client in Colpy, Insch, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Fabrication) to play a key role in managing fabrication, vessel, and offshore scopes. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to ensure smooth execution.
  • Interpret and work from detailed fabrication and technical drawings.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and on-time delivery, ensuring work meets client specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation and reports to maintain compliance and operational standards.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to identify and implement practical solutions to operational challenges.
  • Confident in reading and interpreting fabrication and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

  • Ability to adapt and solve problems as they arise, ensuring projects stay on track.
