Site Director - Food & Beverage Manufacturing

The Operation Director / Site Director will be a key player in driving the Engineering & Manufacturing department's success in our FMCG company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to lead all functions of the business, excluding Finance and further develop our team.

Description

A successful Operations Director/ Site Director should have:

1. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (Food or Beverage Manufacturing)
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills
4. Strong financial acumen and strategic planning abilities
5. Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
6. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
7. Lives in Berkshire and has their own vehicle (on-site M-F business type hours)
