About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor


As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be site-based on either pharmaceutical or commercial projects valued around £20m - £50m. You will be joining a successful Main Contractor with over 50 years of experience in the industry. They place a strong emphasis on building a community within the workplace and collaborating to innovate together. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking to progress their career and be a part of a company that supports your growth.


Key Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
  1. Looking after subcontractor payments and managing the full downstream process
  2. Support the preparation of tenders and bids
  3. Helping with the administration of contracts
  4. Assisting in preparing and monitoring cost estimations

Key Requirements of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
  1. Live within commutable distance from Oxford
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience at a Main Contractor working on projects valued £20m +
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
