CDS Group Services Ltd is a 60m nationwide main contractor, shopfitter and manufacturer based in Romsey.

We welcome applicants who are outcome driven and have excellent people skills.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Resource Coordinator on a Full Time basis to start as soon as possible.

The Primary Outcomes of the Resource Coordinator:

• Placing skilled and reliable candidates onto our projects
• Projects completed on time and according to programme without labour set backs
• Customer & candidate satisfaction
• Growing our database of preferred candidates

The Key responsibilities for the Resource Coordinator:

• Understand recruitment within our business
• Understand what we look for from candidates
• Advertise vacancies on multiple job boards
• Asses the candidates experience and skills on their CV's to match them with suitable vacancies
• Vetting candidates - speaking with them, requesting and reviewing their qualifications and references
• Ensure all candidate documentation is stored on file correctly
• Relationship Management - build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and site management, providing regular updates and feedback
• Coordinate interviews
• Ensure candidates are selected and booked in to start work on our projects on time
• Keep a log of all correspondence
• Manage timesheets

The Qualities required of the Resource Coordinator:

• Recruitment experience
• Manage own workload without being micro managed
• Eager to learn and can grasp new concepts quickly
• Self starter, hardworking and incredibly driven
