About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Construction Graduate to take on the role of Resource Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking movement in sustainability and resource management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting circular economy principles within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with construction clients (Tier 1 & 2 Contractors) and stakeholders to identify opportunities for material reuse and recycling.
  2. Manage resources and inventory, ensuring efficient and sustainable allocation for projects.
  3. Develop strategies to promote the company’s circular economy solutions to the construction market.
  4. Research and stay updated on innovative sustainable practices within the industry.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  6. Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  1. A recent degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
  2. Passion for sustainability and a basic understanding of circular economy principles.
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills and a confident communicator.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and contribute to team success.
