  • Work with transport planners daily to adjust resources for maximum efficiency and customer service.
  • Ensure enough resources are available to meet client needs.
  • Approve driver holiday and absence requests.
  • Plan ahead to cover driver shortages with overtime, relocation, or subcontractors.
  • Communicate with clients about upcoming resource needs.
  • Build strong relationships with transport planners and drivers to improve coordination.
