Job summary
A multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Remedial Plumber to cover projects across the North and North-East of the UK. This role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems in various client environments, including schools and public sectors. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience, industry qualifications such as G3 Unvented, and a full driving license. Opportunities for advancement and training are available. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, plus a van and benefits.

With a UK coverage, our client a multi‑disciplinary consultancy is currently looking for a Remedial Plumber to cover projects in the North and North‑East. Employing over 100 staff, they are able to offer all staff the opportunity to pick up new qualifications and progress within the business moving into a team‑leading role in the future.
- 5+ years' experience working on commercial sites.
- Proven experience in diagnosing faults on existing systems.
- Repairing or replacing damaged pipework, valves and fittings.
- Carry out reactive maintenance.
- Ensure systems are compliant to building and water regulations.
- Carry out legionella including dead‑leg removal, TMV servicing, temperature checks and tank modifications.
- Fixing hot water systems, calorifiers, cylinders, and trace heating.
- Hold industry recognized qualifications such as G3 Unvented, NVQ L2 in Plumbing, NVQ L3 in Plumbing and Heating.
- Full driving license.
- DBS checked.
Client sites will include Schools/Retail/Hospitality/Pubs/Social Housing/Public sector, and you will work in conjunction with an existing mechanical team covering PPM, reactive and where required installation upgrades.
