A leading independent city firm in the UK is seeking two MRICS Valuers at Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level. The firm offers a focus on residential and commercial secured lending valuations, with a basic salary between £50,000 and £65,000. They provide RICS membership costs, private medical insurance, and remote working arrangements. Candidates should have loan security valuation experience or a desire to specialize in this area. My client is a well established independent city firm focusing on valuation work for secured lending purposes. Founded over 20 years ago, they are now a team of over 40 covering mainly London and Southeast England. They are looking for two MRICS Valuers at Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level, ideally with some existing loan security valuation experience or the desire to specialise within valuation. Their valuation workload is mainly residential and commercial secured lending work. They are happy to provide longer term training and support for longer term career development both from a professional and financial perspective.
