TPF Recruitment, in collaboration with a distinguished independent firm of chartered accountants based in Bracknell, is actively seeking accomplished, ACA/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified Audit & Accounts Seniors to join their successful, growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to audit standards and regulations.
- Conduct audit fieldwork, including testing controls, assessing risk, and documenting findings.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to clients to improve their financial processes and controls.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements- ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing completion of qualification.
- Previous experience in audit, accounts preparation, corporate taxation, mainstream personal taxation, and mainstream VAT within a reputable accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with accounting software packages such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is desirable.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Benefits- Salary Circa £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and qualification status.
