Qualified - ACA/ACCA, Audit Senior, Supervisory and client portfolio experience

You will be working on a varied client portfolio, with options around sector, duration, geography and client size. You will be given support around the expectation to deliver revenue and profitability targets. You will have demonstrable skills in developing enduring client relationships and undertaking day to day client duties whilst supervising and mentoring more junior colleagues to improve their own skills. There is a focus on shared feedback to look for improvements and efficiencies around audit delivery and ways of working. Your day-to-day duties will see you being heavily involved in the completion of audit fieldwork/planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, normally (and ideally) on site at client premises. You will take responsibility for the planning and completion of audit assignments, whilst ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentation. As well as this, you will prepare statutory financial statements from client data and highlight high level risk areas or matters of concern to the Partner/Manager whilst using a significant degree of your own judgement. Additionally, this role will also encompass the planning, execution and finalisation of the audit assignments for Partner/Manager review.
To be successful in this post you will need to bring working knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP, ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification, experience of auditing clients within a variety of industries and demonstrable experience coaching and mentoring junior members. You will have well-developed communication skills - both written and verbal - and a high degree of competence in IT systems and software - with a natural ability to adapt to new systems. You'll bring ambition and a desire to deliver excellence for your clients.
