Semi Senior Accountant

We are recruiting on behalf of a busy, growing, and ambitious accountancy practice and business advisory firm in North West London. They're looking for an experienced accountant with a strong background in practice to join their team. This role offers the chance to manage assignments, prepare accounts, and provide valuable support to a variety of clients on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing statutory accounts and Corporation Tax (CT600) submissions for a portfolio of clients.
2. Working closely with a Partner and Senior Manager, providing frequent client interaction.
3. Managing a varied client portfolio, including limited companies and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across industries such as property, trading, and professional services.
4. Undertaking a combination of accounts management and client advisory work.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Proficient in accounts preparation, corporate tax, and VAT, with a self-sufficient approach.
2. Progressing towards ACA or ACCA qualification.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a client portfolio effectively.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Experience with Iris accounting software is an advantage.
