We're on the lookout for a new superstar General Manager to lead the team at The Broad Leys in Aylesbury. This stunning and premium Hertfordshire pub is one of our most awesome sites, so we are thrilled to bring this opportunity to the market.

The Broad Leys is nestled on the outskirts of Aylesbury in Hertfordshire and is truly loved by the locals, as well as attracting guests from further afield, looking for a truly spectacular dining experience. As part of our Distinctive Collection, The Broad Leys offers a chef-led seasonal & local, ever-changing menus. In short, beautiful & bold, sophisticated & confident. As well as a magical dining experience, the bar at The Broad Leys is one of the best - cosy, traditional, and very welcoming to settle on for an afternoon by the open fire.

We're really proud of the offering and would love a new GM to come in and lead the team to its next stage of development. In return, the successful General Manager will command a salary of up to £40k plus bonus, plus an awesome atmosphere to work in.
