Job Title: General Manager – Luxury Country Hotel - Hampshire

Salary: Up to £90K + Bonus

Location: Hampshire

I am recruiting a General Manager to join this luxury country hotel & estate. My client is looking for a General Manager who is passionate about F&B, sales & events driven with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who leads from the front and can inspire the staff at this fantastic venue.

About the position

• Responsible for the smooth running of all the F&B outlets along with the private events
• Manage and train staff to the highest level
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
• Assume responsibility of the operations and financial results

The successful candidate

• Must have experience working in a similar luxury venue
• A strong understanding of operations, forecasting, and budgets
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
• Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen
