General Manager – Vancouver, BC – Up to $60k + Tip Out

Our client, a well-established Restaurant Group in Vancouver with a variety of different concepts, is seeking a General Manager for one of their trendy, upbeat locations. This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable group with high growth potential.

The Role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, handling budgeting and financials, and upholding high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for training and developing the team, implementing operational strategies, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

1. Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team in a high-paced restaurant environment.
2. Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, inventory control, and cost analysis to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
