Job description

We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful Canterbury restaurant. With a approx 170 covers, this 400 year old historical building makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.

There is a fantastic front of house team which is well equipped for the predicted busy 2025! There also is a strong back of house team with a great Head Chef. We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle!

The stated salary includes the predicted service charge.

We’re looking for a General Manager who:

• Has at least two years of experience as a manager in a standards-driven restaurant
• Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams
• Has energy and passion for providing great guest experiences
• Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture
• Loves to be in the thick of it.
