Job Title: Newly Qualified Architect

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading architectural practices who provide expert design services to high profile projects across the nation. They are on the lookout for an ambitious and Newly Qualified Architect to join their expanding team in their Canterbury offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Newly Qualified Architect, you will need to have successfully completed your RIBA Part 3 qualification and have gained relevant experience as an Architectural Assistant within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit, as well as having excellent presentation and design skills.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

1. ARB registered
2. Successfully completed your RIBA Part 3 Qualification
3. Good experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
4. Experience working on projects within the residential sector
5. Proficiency with Revit is essential
6. Experience with 3D modelling software such as Sketchup
7. Strong presentation and design skills
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
9. Live within a commutable distance to Canterbury
