Job description

We are looking for a Qualified Architect with up to five years of experience to join our architectural practice based in Conwy and Chester. We seek the right individual to join our young and ambitious team, with strong design skills, technical knowledge, and experience of leading projects through all work stages.

We are a growing practice established five years ago with a varied and exciting upcoming workload including larger scale community and education buildings, social and private housing developments, and one-off domestic projects. Our studios are based at the Riverside Business Park, with the historic town centre of Conwy within walking distance, and at the easily accessible Chester Business Park. We offer the option of hybrid flexible working to suit your personal requirements.

We are a sociable practice with a passion for sustainable and community-led design and are looking to grow our team with like-minded individuals. We are committed to offering our staff varied experience and the opportunity to develop their personal skills and interests, with considerable potential for career progression. Salary is dependent on experience, with an annual profit share offered to reward performance and business growth.
