A leading bespoke property developer has a key requirement for a Construction Site Manager to oversee their new build development project in Acton, London.
Starting Monday 2nd December, with long-term ongoing work available.
The successful Construction Site Manager will be:
Construction Site Manager will be working 8 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 8 am-1 pm on Saturdays.
Construction Site Manager will be on £300 a day.
Construction Site Manager will be initially working on a site in Acton and then working across this site and another in Willesden. Both projects are new build developments overseeing architectural, structural and M&E trades.
Construction Site Manager will be ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to an excellent standard.To qualify for this position as a Construction Site Manager you will need:
Construction Site Manager will need a valid Black CSCS card
Construction Site Manager will need a valid SMSTS
Construction Site Manager will need valid First Aid
Construction Site Manager will need experience reading drawings, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
