A boutique property development company is seeking a Construction Site Manager for on-site operations in Stamford, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and managing site resources. Candidates should have expertise in site management, relevant qualifications, and preferably experience in residential property development. This is a contract position with a focus on quality and detail.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management is essential.
- Strong skills in Planning and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Budgeting to maintain project financial health.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation.
- Previous experience in residential property development or bespoke house building preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage resources effectively.
