We are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager for our Hampstead Heath coffee shop.

While speciality coffee experience is great, it's not required. What matters most is your positivity and passion for hospitality, ability to lead by example and your willingness to learn and get involved.

This is a full-time role and weekend availability is essential. Previous management experience is preferred.

1. Operational Management: Takes full ownership of the coffee shop, ensuring day-to-day practices are maintained, including coffee and food quality, financial systems and processes, customer experience, health & safety, and food hygiene & allergen practices.
2. Coffee Expertise: Ensures the team consistently serves superb coffee, including espresso, filter, and pour-over, while continuously developing their own coffee knowledge.
3. Financial Acumen: Understands profitability, cost management, and financial elements essential for running a profitable coffee shop.
4. Training and Development: Passionate about coaching and developing team members, helping them grow in their individual career journeys.
5. Team Leadership: Constantly inspires and leads the team, keeping expectations and standards high.
6. Strategic Vision: Actively participates in developing the cafe with a vision for longer-term growth.
