A global financial services client in Greater London is seeking a skilled HR Process / Ops Analyst to optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The role requires 5-6 years of HR operations experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and Workday expertise. Responsibilities include analyzing HR processes, implementing enhancements, and supporting operational reporting.
