As a senior leader within Melbourne Airport’s People & Culture team, the Head of Learning & Capability will lead the design, development, and implementation of world-class learning, leadership development, and organisational capability initiatives that support our vision to create a high-performance culture.
This role will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and subject-matter experts to drive business performance through tailored learning solutions, leadership development, and organisational capability programs. Additionally, the Head of Learning & Capability will take a leadership role in executing our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy, ensuring that inclusion is integrated into all learning and development programs, and fostering a culture where all employees thrive.
This role is suitable for a seasoned Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has broad expertise across learning, development, capability frameworks, and D&I.
