With no day ever being the same, the Lead Design Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
- Liaising with customers and key stakeholders in regards to projects
- Taking projects through from concept to completion
- Developing and designing solutions for the Aerospace industry
- Compliance Verification of design models and solutions
- CAD Drawings and modelling
- Degree educated or equivalent in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience within a design engineer role and experience with leading projects
- Experience training and developing design and project engineers
- Strong technical expertise with a passion for aviation.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
