CRM Manager – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance (Senior)

Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Our client is a leader in beauty and fashion and they are on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join their marketing team.

This role focuses on driving CRM strategies across their premium Niche Brands. If you have a strategic mindset, a data-driven approach, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences, this is your chance to make an impact!

What You’ll Do:

  • Adapt and implement global CRM strategies for the UK market
  • Develop and execute CRM plans in collaboration with brand and retail teams
  • Drive consumer engagement, retention, and personalized journeys
  • Lead CRM transformation, ensuring seamless communication across local & global teams
  • Deliver training & coaching to retail teams, ensuring best practices are in place
  • Analyze data, generate insights, and optimize CRM performance for continued growth
  • Champion CRM adoption & innovation across all business touchpoints

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in CRM strategy & implementation
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills – able to engage all stakeholders
  • Experience within beauty, luxury, or retail industries preferred
