Pay Rate: £41,932.80
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Grade: P

Shift patterns: Weekends (Saturday to Tuesday) - 10.5 hour days (Start times vary between 4am and 8am)
Location: Allington - ME16 0LE

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be:

1. Delivering products to store on roll cages but some heavy lifting will be involved.
2. There can be up to 7 deliveries per day.
3. Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
4. Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
2. Previous Class 2 HGV driving experience (2 Years Plus desirable).
3. Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
