About the role
As a Lead Business Analyst, you'll empower public sector organizations to design services that make a real difference in society. You'll lead by example, guiding teams with best practices. In this role, you'll oversee multiple client assignments, ensuring impactful outcomes across every project.
As a Lead Business Analyst at Made Tech, you’ll help teams create products and services that truly benefit their users by identifying key business challenges and opportunities. You’ll dive deep into research to understand the public sector landscape and its people, processes, technology, and organizational dynamics. You'll explore, elicit, and analyze both business and user needs, uncovering areas for improvement and evaluating the feasibility of different options. Throughout, you’ll thoughtfully assess the business and policy constraints that need to be taken into account.
As Lead Business Analyst you’ll have a good understanding at an enterprise/strategic level of an organisation and work in highly complex problem spaces, typically spanning multiple products or services. At this role level, you will:
SC Eligibility
An increasing number of our customers are specifying a minimum of SC (security check) clearance in order to work on their projects. As a result, we're looking for all successful candidates for this role to have eligibility.
Eligibility for SC requires 5 years' continuous UK residency and 5 years' employment history (or back to full-time education). Please note that if at any point during the interview process it is apparent that you may not be eligible for SC, we won't be able to progress your application and we will contact you to let you know why.
