A leading global technology firm in Waldbronn, Germany is seeking an Associate VP, EMEAI Logistics. This critical leadership position involves managing a team of over 140 logistics professionals to optimize operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Responsibilities include formulating logistics strategies, driving efficiency, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate possesses at least 7 years of senior operations leadership experience in supply chain and logistics, with strong analytical skills and a background in digital transformation. This role is part of Agilent Technologies’ Global Logistics Leadership Team, reporting to the VP of Global Logistics. It is a key leadership role in leading a customer‑centric, highly optimized, and innovative Logistics organization for Agilent’s EMEAI Supply Chain operations. It is a significant leadership opportunity for a dynamic, highly motivated leader with demonstrated experience who can lead, inspire, and drive digital transformation with a diverse team within the region with a world‑class, sustainable operation moving product around the world and fulfilling customer orders in EMEAI. This individual will be expected to lead critical, on‑going logistics initiatives supporting Agilent’s digitalization and growth strategy.
This position has responsibility for managing a team of ~140+ logistics professionals in EMEAI with a business‑critical supply chain operation that meets or exceeds expectations in terms of delivery, quality, cost performance and customer experience.
