Your mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support in building and executing our People function. You will play a critical role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and general HR administration as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and is excited about growing their HR career from the ground up.

Your profile

1. Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and manage ATS updates, maintain and improve candidate experience at every touchpoint
2. Provide employees with essential employment documents including contracts, amendments, confirmations, and employment verifications
3. Maintain organized digital records of employee files and key HR documents
4. Support monthly payroll data preparation and coordinate with finance
5. Help administer employee benefits, leaves, and reimbursements
6. Keep internal records and HRIS systems updated with accurate employee data
7. Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
8. Assist in running employee engagement surveys and internal feedback loops
9. Support performance tracking and review cycle coordination
10. Assist in updating employee handbooks, onboarding guides, and policy rollouts

1. Professional experience (2-4 years) in a similar HR or People Operations role in Germany, preferably within a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment
2. Completed degree or relevant studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
3. Solid understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
4. Knowledge of German labor law and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage
5. A hands-on mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
6. Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a strong plus
