Context:

We are currently fostering our Rx business from 200m €/year to x bn€. However, the future of e-commerce and digital health may be different. Gen AI and AI agents will change the way we interact with digital services dramatically. So will agents change the way digital service offerings will be designed. In this role, you will design this future and support the Chief Business Owner Rx Health (CBO) of DocMorris.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and drive the AI strategy for Rx at DocMorris, integrating business, digital health, ecosystem, and product perspectives.
• Lead and advance AI-driven strategic consumer-facing business models that directly impact the Chief Business Owner Rx Health, ensuring alignment with key business stakeholders & execute from strategy building to MVP in record time.
• Navigate and manage cross-functional AI-related initiatives within a matrix organization, collaborating with departments such as marketing, operations, customer services, BI, controlling, and pharmacy.
• Identify and develop AI-powered growth initiatives, shaping new digital strategies and AI-enhanced products for the Rx business.
• Stay ahead of technological advancements, regulatory shifts, evolving consumer behaviors, and competitive activities in AI and digital health.
• Serve as an AI thought leader, ensuring best-in-class results and fostering AI adoption across business units.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Spain, driving AI transformation at an international level.

Your Strengths:

• Master's Degree, MBA and/or PhD with outstanding results (i.e. upper top 15%) from a top 10 University in your country.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience; especially in a high-paced and demanding strategy consulting firm (BCG, McK etc.) or management role in a tech unicorn.
• In-depth tech and AI affinity and knowledge.
• Proven track record of dealing with project challenges of all kinds: intellectual, communication, leadership etc. The ability to motivate and (indirectly) lead colleagues and a zeal for achieving outstanding results.
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding and agile (i.e. non-bureaucratic!) project management experience and growth mindset.
• High degree of self-reflection.
• Ability to communicate in accordance with the needs of various stakeholders (e.g. call centre agent, managers, executive board).
• In summary: strong, super ambitious young performer with a strong growth mindset.
• Proficiency in English a must. German, Spanish and/or French a plus.
