• Drive planning and prioritization of projects aligned with product, technical, and business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Experience, Accounting, Product, and Analytics teams to execute the money movement strategy for the Debit card
• Develop APIs and data models within micro-service and event-driven architectures
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to processes that support team growth and efficiency
• Extend core money movement systems in partnership with the Product team

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and the impact of architectural decisions on performance and maintainability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in asynchronous communication methods
• Excellent project management skills, demonstrating high organization and the ability to surface critical information
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

• Exposure to ACH systems
• Experience with accounting/auditing systems
• Familiarity with card networks
• Development experience in Python/Kotlin
• Experience using AWS or other cloud service providers
