Here’s your opportunity to join The Green Planet as a Retail Associate under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this role, you will deliver a consistently high standard of service, manage guest flow in a courteous and friendly manner, drive upselling and suggestive selling, and maintain outstanding operating standards across the Retail and Ticketing departments, including guest experience, shop presentation, safety, and cleanliness.

• To display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow team members to support The Green Planet operation.
• To represent & promote TGP & DHE in a positive manner to maintain a professional brand image.
• To ensure the enforcement of TGP rules and provide crowd control in an efficient manner throughout the areas as necessary to ensure the guest`s safety an enjoyable experience.
• Attended to all guest’s reasonable requests and enquiries.
• Adheres to the highest standards of cash handling procedures as per company policy.
• Operates automated ticketing system and POS.
• Responsible for daily sales report and to ensure that sales report correct and verified by Duty manager and report when there is shortages or overages as per procedure.
• Adheres to the highest standards of Animal Welfare and Safe Handling of Animals for programs.
• Assist in all emergency and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist as required in ensuring all presentations and standards are achieved.
• Supports month end inventory.
• Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines.
• Performs any other duties as required by the Management.
• Performs all related guest service functions to provide excellent support and service.
• Implement Work Culture: Clean, Tidy & Presentable
• Participates in animal handling training and conducts all animal handling in a professional manner in accordance with SOPs.

• Minimum qualification: High School Certificate
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry
• Relevant product knowledge
• Previous experience in cashiering and upselling
• Knowledge of ticketing or POS systems is desirable but not essential
