Leading international food and beverages company seeks a Senior HR Manager to join their Head Office in Dubai.
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the HR strategy and policy across all business units. You will manage all the HR functions including manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, administration, medical, performance management, training and development.
Your key duties will be to advise senior level management on all HR related matters, as well as managing a team of HR professionals.
The ideal candidate will be from a FMCG, Food and Beverage background, ideally from a multi-national company with at least 3 years local UAE experience.
You must have a strong understanding of UAE Labour law, corporate policies and HR best practices. An advanced user of Microsoft Office and ERP software is required.
The successful candidate will have worked in Human Resources for at least 10 years, with a minimum of 3 years spent working in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
My client will only consider applicants from Western or Arabic descent plus you must have gained a recognised Bachelor's degree in addition to an MBA or similar qualification in HR Management.
