Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various real estate positions within the company. They will also be involved in conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment data and records.

Qualifications

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
2. Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
